Cancellation Policy
The cancellation terms and payment conditions depend on the platform through which you booked the house (Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, or directly with us).
If you book directly with us, a 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable.
However, if you are unable to travel, you may request to reschedule your booking up to 2 months before your arrival. The new rate will be based on the seasonal pricing valid on the date of your actual travel.
Payment
For direct bookings, we accept deposit payments via bank transfer. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer.
